At UGN we are very excited to announce that Quilcene, Chimacum and Port Townsend School Districts are teaming up to Rise to the Challenge for UGN in 2015! All three school districts have had a long history of support for the safety net services that are funded by UGN. Each school district has independently supported the UGN Fall Fund Drive in past years.
This year, with support from Superintendents David Engle (PT Schools) , Rick Thompson (Chimacum Schools) and Wally Lis (Quilcene Schools), the three school districts are joining forces with a goal to increase participation from faculty, administrative and support staff. For the UGN Campaign, every dollar counts! The more individuals, employees and business that step up to support the campaign, the more funds there will be to distribute to nonprofits in Jefferson County that provide critical safety net services. UGN’s 2015 Campaign Goal is $375,000. The Combined Schools Campaign will help UGN accomplish that goal.
