United Good Neighbors of Jefferson County WA (UGN) and the Jefferson County Community Foundation (JCCF) are seeking a highly motivated, energetic individual for the position of Executive Director of both organizations. UGN and JCCF entered into an administrative partnership in 2012, and are expanding the partnership to strengthen the effectiveness of both organizations. The two organizations have distinct but complementary missions: UGN concentrates on the community’s immediate health and human services needs, while JCCF provides opportunity for investment in longer term community building.
The organizations seek an Executive Director with a profound desire to make a difference in this community of 30,000. The ideal candidate will have experience in fundraising, leadership and management, and strategic planning. The ED will report to and support the UGN JCFF Boards of Directors and have overall strategic and operational responsibility for mission fulfillment, fund development, operations, and grant making for both organizations.
